Over 26 years, she’s held various roles from teacher to principal in both public and private sectors, focusing on youth advocacy and closing achievement gaps. This dedication led her to establish LEADERS TO LEGENDS ACADEMY LLC, offering a family-centered, faith-based education that nurtures holistic growth. Dr. Griffin’s journey, as a first-generation college graduate, culminated in a doctoral degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, solidifying her genuine commitment to advocating for all individuals.
